I recently attended some social media training to help get me back in the zone re writing blogs on our web etc. Sorry for the lack of these last year. This is the year of cazden, and you will be seeing more from us. If you would like us to write any blogs to help share any advice on any aspect of recruitment; a perfect CV, interviews etc just let us know. We would be happy to help.
For the moment, let me introduce our two new members:
Michelle joined cazden in November as our Business Development Director. Michelle is a highly experienced, diligent and commercially astute Sales professional who possesses extensive experience of new business development, customer retention and delivery of exceptional customer service to a wide variety of businesses, gained within the Scottish recruitment profession, B2B Field Sales and Property sector.
Michelle’s professional Sales career spans some 20 years working within the Scottish recruitment profession assisting a diverse range of clients and candidates recruiting within the Business Support, Accountancy and HR markets. Michelle ran her own independent business ‘Beaumont Legal’ for several years, assisting a variety of large corporate and smaller provincial legal firms recruiting professionals from legal support, newly qualified solicitors, fee earner and lateral hire openings, coupled with assisting numerous legal professionals to further develop their career.
When not wearing her ‘work hat’ Michelle relaxes by going to as many boxercise classes she can and taking her beautiful babies – Dougal and Becky (chocolate Labs) out for long walks whilst my husband Alan is playing yet another round of golf!
Originally from Reading, I moved to Mull in 2002 for a new adventure. I have to say Mull was a bit of a culture shock at first and so I moved back down South and then back to Mull a couple of times. I finally settled on Mull in 2006 and had my daughter Ella; this really is the most perfect place to raise children.
Since being on Mull, I have spent 10 years managing various Visitor Information Centres across Scotland (& Shetland) and in 2013 started my own business with my now ‘ex’ partner. Although the business was successful, I’m afraid the bright lights of cazden were calling and so I now find myself part of this crazy team.
I live with my labradoodle Reginald, cat Katie Kitten and human Ella. I love a boogie and a banter, and I am really excited about what the future holds.
