what is a managed service agreement (MSA)?

As companies find the need to focus their resources on internal strategy and project delivery, more and more clients are choosing to outsource their recruitment operations to an external consultancy and free their Line Managers and HR department from this time consuming task.

key benefits of the MSA

  • Industry figures suggest that (dependent upon the level of a position) a vacancy that remains unfilled can cost between £150 – £500 per day in terms of lost productivity. Our aim is to reduce the time to hire and therefore generate savings for you

  • Saves Hiring Manager’s time by enabling the manager to deal with one point of contact

  • Enables business to build closer relationships with one contact - provision of a dedicated recruitment partner who will gain a thorough understanding of your business

  • Provides metric management – time to fill, cost to hire etc.

  • Re-energises current recruitment activities and by working to service level agreements (SLAs); we can find the best possible candidates for you in a shorter timeframe
