Our client is looking for a Conversion Optimisation Executive (CRO) to support the CRO Manager.  In this role you will identify opportunities where a change to messaging/landing pages or the wider user journey will boost revenue generation.  Our client has an impressive client base and positive working environment, training and upskilling their staff is at the heart of the business.

As a Conversion Optimisation Executive (CRO) you will;

  • Use analytics to identify key areas of opportunity for performance improvement
  • Use on-site surveys and heat map tools to conduct research into user behaviour
  • Produce succinct, client-facing deliverables that detail insights and recommendations
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to drive progress on accounts and ensure buy-in

For this role you will have the most of following skills & experience;

  • Genuine interest in CRO/digital marketing (internship, personal projects, work experience)
  • Customer facing experience and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and an understanding/interest in UX principles is advantageous as is knowledge of different marketing channels such as SEO or PPC
  • Experience in analysing data and testing tools such as on-site surveys, heat mapping, split testing, etc. is also an advantage
