Our client is looking for a Sales Director to join their team in either their Edinburgh or London office.  Our client is a SME with big growth plans.   You may be frustrated in the corporate world having hit a commission ceiling, our client offers uncapped commission (triple figures) with equity.  You will work with the CEO to drive and influence budget planning and general sales strategy. 

You will see the opportunity in working for a smaller company that can offer more financially but also in terms of job satisfaction. 

You must be well versed in selling technical solutions (software) and building a product strategy.

As Sales Director you will:

  • Deliver business in excess of sales targets (experience in delivering over £1m TCV).

  • Lead the Sales team and set and manage targets; be an inspiring leader.

As Sales Director, the following skills & experience are required:

  • Evidence if over achievement against sales targets (you will have delivered a total contract value in excess of £1m)

  • You will be passionate about sales methodology whether it be SPIN, Challenger Sale, Strategic Selling or Insight Selling etc.

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully managing C suite stakeholders.

  • Passionate Sales Leader with evidence of growing the team to be more engaged and delivering more.
